What are                      Peer Conferences?

Peer Conferences are live, small group discussions conducted via web, phone, or face-to-face. They harness the power of peer influence to persuade non- prescribers and reluctant prescribers.

Arista’s Peer Conferences are carefully constructed using five key elements: Setting, Moderator, Influencer(s), Format, and Content. Arista’s expert moderators understand the dynamics of peer influence, and are adept at leveraging the experiences of influencers while maintaining an objective posture.

What product challenges do Peer Conferences help solve?
Peer Conferences help solve 5 specific challenges:

   - No-see/Hard-to-see MDs
   - Short Visits
   - Sample Delivery

2. Sales Force Limits
- Vacant/Whitespace
- Low Detailing Position
- Not Adequately Persuasive

3. Product Issues
- Complex Message
- Perceived Risk
- New Data

4.   KOL Management
- Measure KOL Performance
- Create Dynamic Programs
- Speaker Management

5.   Competition
- Low Share-of-Voice
- Entrenched Leader
- Marginal Benefits

How are they priced?

Peer Conferences are priced using 4 components: (1) a modest development fee, (2) a monthly project management fee, (3) a per-attendee fee*, and (4) any direct pass-through costs (eg, speaker fees, venue fees). Of course, specific charges vary based on project details.

* Recruitment conducted by Arista’s Call Center is included at no additional cost.
