What is Video Detailing?	Video Detailing is a live, person-to-person detail conducted via web and phone. The HCP sees and hears Arista’s field-qualified rep via a webcam link. Arista’s rep hears the HCP via phone. During the Video Detail, the rep can display on the HCP’s computer the client-approved content appropriate to answer the HCP’s questions. Most Video Details are initiated on-demand by an HCP who clicks on a Brand-site web link. The average inbound Video Detail lasts 10 minutes.
